Is This for REAL?

Most of the time model/actor Akihiro Sato posing on a camera in the Philippines wearing jeans, silk clothing & shirtless. Because it's normal showing your ripped body when your a model.

But when I saw this on a asian site, I was so shocked first though comes in my mind 'This is for real? Is it really Akihiro Sato?' so I searched his photo when he has a mole near on his lips. Some photo has but some are not. I think this photo was taken back then when he his this in Thailand. When he's still a newbie.
